Da wäre ich mir nicht sicher.

Abgenommen wird ja nicht die Sicherheitseinrichtung an sich, sondern es wird nur ihre Funktion überprüft.
Und ob da jetzt der Wechsel von "Geht immer aus, wenn Ständer draußen" zu "Läuft im Leerlauf trotz Ständer weiter" ausreicht um 'ne Neuabnahme erforderlich zu machen... ?
Ich glaube nicht.

Dem KBA reicht es, wenn die Vorschriften eingehalten werden. Und das ist ja der Fall.

Mag sein, aber da wäre ich mir nicht sicher, weil jede Bautechnische Änderung muss angezeigt werden.
Darauf hin wird ja erst das CoC erstellt, und ich gehe mal davon aus das Motorsteuerung und Sicherheitseinrichtungen da definitiv zu gehören, wenn auch schon leichte Geometrieveränderungen (anderer Lenker, Stoßdämpfer oder Reifengrößen) CoC-Pflichtig sind.

Aber auch "genehmigt"? Und "geprüft"? Und irgendwo "eingetragen"?

Ist doch aber auch völlig egal.
Für die "alte" Schaltung gibt es ja 'ne Abnahme.
Und wenn die jetzt 'ne leicht veränderte Schaltung verbauen und die abnahmepflichtig wäre, haben die sich bestimmt auch darum gekümmert.
Also: Who cares?

Wenn ich es hinkriege, mache ich morgen mal nen kompletten Testdurchlauf, bei welchen Kupplungs-/ Gang- und Seitenständer-Konstellationen die Kiste läuft, anspringt, ausgeht, sich nicht starten läßt oder evtl. sogar abhebt. Overall und Clipboard liegen schon bereit....

Vorschriften hin oder her, WICHTIG ist, dass du nicht mit ausgeklapptem Seitenständer los fahren kannst.
Wie das dann technisch gelöst ist

Sorry for writing in english. I am having the same issue with my felsberg. It started poping fuses out of nowhere. I can ride 10Km without blowing one, and next, it blows one after 100m.

Its on the shop for almost two weeks, without any positive news. The mechanic says there is nothing on the diagnostic tool, and the worst part is that its not blowing the fuse now that is in the workshop.

Its a new bike, with only 1000Km's. I know, only people with problems post in this foruns, but i don't see any good ending from this. If the mechanic can't find the problem under the warranty, what can i do? Can we demand a new motorcycle under EU warranty policies?

Good Questin,i dont know,and,sorry my English ist Bad,also ich bin auch mal gespannt,was im Garantiefall passiert und habe natürlich Angst davor, plötzlich n kaputtes Motorrad zu haben und mich wieder zu Fuß,mitm Bus oder Taxi teuer bzw schmerzintensiv zu Fuß durch die Gegend quälen zu müssen....

The post starter recently is on holidays, so it will take some time to get more info.

However, blasted fuse only indicates too high current on the secured line. Cause of too high current might be a shortcut (insulation of wires), consumer is faulty and thus needs high power or some cable connection is loose.

So not a big issue, it only needs complete check of the whole line from the fuse up to the last consumer. Our diagram might help in that.

The problem is that when under warranty, we cannot "explore" for our own, and we are subjected to the dealership. They even said that i should't had replaced the fuses by my own, that this could void the warranty....I told them as my defense that its a procedure described in the owner manual, and i am the owner

Or... If you hadn't changed the fuse, would THEY have come to pick up the Bike?
And what about filling up the fuel-tank?
Or check the tire-pressure?
Or check the oil-level?
